The Ritter Academy website is operated by The Ritter Academy, LLC (“Academy” or “we”).  Your privacy is important to us. We collect personally identifiable information from Users who provide it to us a voluntary basis.  For example, We may collect your name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, employer information, if You use the Site to enroll or renew as a subscriber in the Academy, upgrade your enrollment, register for an event or conference, subscribe to a newsletter or publication, order or purchase RitterMaps™, publications, books, practice tools, request information, complete a survey or enter a contest, submit articles, photographs, manuscripts, comments, blogs or other content for posting or review. 
We also collect information on your use of the Ritter Academy as an enrolled subscriber, in order to track and report your history, record the results of quizzes or tests (when required by professional accreditation programs, associations or employers), and provide you the reporting services available.
We may use this information to contact You regarding the status of your membership, registrations, subscriptions, and orders placed, confirm (for Association members) the status of your membership in any Association, to alert You to new information, products and services, events and other opportunities, and for additional purposes which you expressly authorize by agreeing to the Rules of the Academy (such as keeping records of your attendance and participation, your use of the Academy’s courses and lessons, testing records, etc.).  We recognize that You may wish to limit the ways in which You are contacted and provide You with various opt-out options.  We may also use information about our experiences and transactions with you, such as your payment history, types of services and/or products you purchased from us when required in connection with any investigation of violation of the Rules of the Academy.
We will never possess any financial information, such as credit card numbers, although such information may be requested and processed by others who are executing commercial transactions on our behalf.
By submitting personal information to this website, you consent to your personal information being maintained by us in the United States, subject to applicable U.S. laws, or in other locations, which may have laws that are, in any case, different than the laws of your home country.
