Observation Only – Dr. Shahriari’s Patients
- Half-Day (1–3 procedures): $2,000–$2,500
- Full-Day (3–5+ procedures): $3,500–$4,500
- Includes case review, clinical commentary, and discussion throughout.
B
Bring Your Own Patient (Dr. Shahriari Performs Surgery)
- Implant Placement:
- 1 implant – $2,500
- 2–3 implants – $2,000 each
- 4+ implants – $1,500 each
- Mentorship Fee: $1,500 per case
(includes CT planning, review, and live surgical guidance) - Payment: Either the referring doctor pays both fees, or the patient pays for surgery, and doctor pays mentorship fee

AOX Case Type: Upper and/or Lower Full Arch
- Surgical Fee: $15,000–$17,000 (paid by patient or referring doctor)
- Restorative Phase: Performed by referring doctor with guidance
- Lab Coordination: Ritter-connected lab suggested; lab fee paid directly
- Mentorship Includes: Full surgical planning, guided placement, and restorative workflow support
- Patient Ownership: Remains with the referring doctor
