Target Audience: 

General Dentists, post-graduation students, doctors that want to start implantology with a good foundation /background and supoort (from the Implant Company and team of educators), also dentists that already perform implants (with some surgical, implantology and/or prosthetic) experience but want to improve their skills and learn more about more advanced cases, post-graduation implantology/oral surgery/prosthodontics  students, oral surgery specialists, periodontists and prosthodontists.

Price: 1500€

The price includes 16h of education with theoretical sessions, hands on (workshop on models) and plannning and asssiting live surgeries in patients, coffee breaks, lunchs, course dinner, support materials for studying, certificate of attendance.

The first day consists of theoretical sessions, hands-on training, and live surgery experiences.

9:00 AM: Welcome & Introduction

9:30 AM: Theory session about Basic principles of Implantology /Oral Surgery.

Introducing the implant system, surgical and prosthetic kit that is going to be used on the course (with pratical handling)

10:45 AM to 11:00 AM: Coffee Break

11:00 AM: Theory session  about how to performe predictable loading and prosthetic protocols in Implantology

12:00 AM: Workshop hands-on practice session with plastic models, about placing implants and how to decide between cover screw, healing abutment or immediate loading with provisional restoration

1:00 PM: Lunch Break

2:00 PM: Presentation of  clinical cases and discussion of treatment plans, interpreting CBCT (3D), protocols of medications and post op recommendations

2:30 PM: Live surgery Cases I and II 

4:00 PM: Discussion and Q&A

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Conclusions

7:00 PM: Dinner

The second day consists of theoretical sessions, hands-on training, and live surgery experiences.

9:00 AM: Lecture about how to manage more demanding cases in Implantology , including some techniques of bone grafting (eg.sinus lift and filling, Plasma Rich Fibrin, GBR,...)

11:15 AM: Hands-on workshop with provided dummy implants, biomaterials and plastic models

1:00 PM: Lunch Break

2:00 PM: Presentation of a more complex clinical case (Case 3) treatment plan, interpreting CBCT (3D), protocols of medications and post-operation recommendations

2:30 PM: Live surgery Case III

4:30 PM: Discussion and Q&A

5:00 PM: Conclusions

6:30 to 7:00 PM: Certificates ceremony, group picture
